But has it gotten any worse?

    Love your loon btw.

I’m about to titrate off anti-d’s for the first time in many years. Thought I’d try it in the summer, everything is easier when there’s light. So, I will watch for what comes up, for separating, for isolating, for “comparing my insides with your outsides” and hope for the best.

In the past the choices have been flatness or bed. I’ve recently made some serious behavioral changes and want to see if they’ll be sustainable w/o the flatness.

Now, if I can just remember to do what helps, even and especially when I don’t want to.

    My best to you.

good luck on unplugging your medical program. if you’ve got chops to do the heavy lifting on the self-care tip without brain chemistry enhancers – then by golly, have at it.

i think that’s several years down the road for me, at best. when i’ve got a real exercise regimen in full swing, doing what i’d rather be doing for a living, all that good stuff.

congratulations on the delta B. :) that is always the hardest row to hoe for everyone.

Here I am, being my nosy self again: what would you rather be doing for a living and why aren’t you doing it?

Just dropped in to nose around and check on yez.

Suddenly I’m writing again. Not questioning it. It doesn’t seem at all related to teh meds, but whatever.

Glad there’s someone else to help. I see progress in the next post.
